December – The Screwtape Letters by C. S. Lewis
A classic satire written in defense of the Christian faith, this novel features correspondence between two demons, Screwtape and Wormwood.

January – Les Miserables by Victor Hugo.
Start early, it’s a long one!  Pro Tip: if you can get the audio version, it’s a great listen.  Either way, the commitment is worth it, this is a great story.
