Interested in Joining a Ministry Team?

Are you interested in serving at East Lincoln and want to give back in a meaningful way? We have several ministry teams and other opportunities that can fit how God has made and called you! Below are some of the teams that you could be a part of, or you may have another way you’d like to serve. Contact the church office for more information. elac@amerytel.net or 715-268-2350

Children’s Ministry

One of the most important ministries there is!  We have a wonderful group of volunteers that help with Discovery Land and Early Childhood on Sunday mornings, and other ministries as well, but we are always looking for more who can pour into our next generation of disciples.  If you have a heart for children, please consider volunteering!

Student Ministry

Some of the most exciting ministry is working with middle and high school students! We have opportunities for small group leaders and other helpers on Wednesday nights as well as chaperones and drivers for events.

Small Groups

One of the core aspects of our disciple-making process is small groups and we are always looking for people whom God is nudging to try leading a small group. This could include being a host, apprentice, or small group leader and is a great way to grow in your faith!

Culinary Committees

If you enjoy serving in the kitchen, this is a place for you! These committees are typically women, but men are more than welcome to serve as well. Our culinary committees are very important in providing opportunities for fellowship around a meal.  We have 4 culinary committees that help with events throughout the year.

Men’s Ministry

We love to see men come together to encourage one another in the good fight of faith. As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. The men’s ministry team plans seasonal men’s events and promotes men’s small groups.

Finance Committee

Perhaps God has given you an interest in managing finances. We have several people who count offerings, record giving, pay the bills and more. Let us know if this is the right fit for you!

Music Committee

Music is a wonderful gift along with those who sing, lead, and play instruments. If you want to get into the planning that goes on behind the scenes, check out the music committee. If you want to sing, lead, or play an instrument on Sunday mornings, that’s where Worship Teams come in.

Cleaning

Nothing fancy, but it needs to be done! And some people really like doing it! If this is you, let us know!

Trustees

If building maintenance and repair is what you love, we need your skills and expertise to keep our building and facilities in great condition.

Women’s Ministry

Multi-generational, women connecting with women to encourage one another and grow in the faith. Women’s ministry seeks to provide these things through mentoring relationships, small groups, and bigger events.

Sound/Video Ministry

To any tech heads out there, we need you! With the ever-changing landscape of technology, we value those who love to work with sound systems, computers, and video.

Greeters

Some people just like meeting people, shaking hands, and making visitors feel welcome. The greeters on Sunday mornings do all this and more.

Deacons

When people need help with projects at home but don’t have the family, ability or resources to do them, the deacons are here to help.

Missions Committee

God has called us to take the gospel to the ends of the earth and our missions committee focuses on what part he wants us to play. This involves an annual missions conference, short-term mission trips, and monthly support to international workers on the field.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to glorify God by making disciples who treasure Jesus Christ above all things, build one another up in the faith and reach the lost with the gospel.

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.”

1 Peter 2:9
